How long does shipping take?

Orders leave a U.S. warehouse within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days later. Shipping is free on every U.S. order, and you will get a tracking link by email.

What if it's not right for me?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find it, email us with your order number and we will send it to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal. You can also pay with a debit or credit card through the PayPal checkout without creating a PayPal account.

Is it safe to use every day?

Our products are designed for everyday relaxation. Follow the included instructions and start with the lowest setting. Do not use them if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have a medical condition, unless your doctor says it is safe.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
