Free shipping on every U.S. order

Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouses within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak holiday periods.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you have not received it within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the delivery date at infobuyhaven@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will help you get a replacement or a refund.
