Refund Policy

30-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to start a return

Email us at infobuyhaven@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, because returns go to our fulfillment warehouse, not to a store.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories included.
• For hygiene reasons, items that have been used on the body may not be eligible unless they are defective.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
