Our store

BuyHaven sells wellness and self-care products to customers in the United States. Our store is hosted on Shopify and payments are processed by PayPal.

Products and pricing

We try to show products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

Health and safety

Our products are for general relaxation and wellness. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read the included instructions. Do not use them if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or have a medical condition, unless your doctor says it is safe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BuyHaven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
